Alex Graf, Max Graf, Katharina Janz, Aylin Ismihan Kabakci, Lucien Liebecke, Vitus Lux, Antonia Prinz, Ziran Sha Pei, Paula Slomke, Amelie Uliczka and Lea Weeber form the Mutual Archives group from Maximiliane Baumgartner’s class at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, whose works are created in a collective process. With Wechselseitig – Anleitungen zur Fürsorge / Mutual – Instructions for Care they are realizing an artistic intervention in the exhibition Contact M by Park McArthur at Museum Abteiberg.
Textile installations in the form of soft sculptures consisting of cushions and blankets create experiential spaces that invite the audience to actively participate and raise questions about well-being, body awareness, and care.
